             Smoking has many negative effects and is very bad for a body . There are many harmful
             things in cigarettes like nicotine. Some people experience a personality change which may
             include a lack of confidence. Cigarettes destroy the inner lining of the nose. Smokers start to
             develop what is known as the smoker's cough . Some of the more serious negative effects of
             smoking are that it gives you cancer, can cause strokes , chronic bronchitis , emphysema , and
             also slows down a person's physical performance. Smoking while pregnant can give the unborn
             child psychological abnormalities. Another reason for not smoking is that you get addicted to
             cigarettes and it's very hard to quit . After extensive research and observation , it can be
             concluded that smoking not only can cause a wide range of diseases, but it also has many bad

             The heart then beats faster, blood vessels become smaller , and blood pressure increases . This
             could then lead to heart failure . After a while this affects the amount of blood and oxygen that
             moves through a smoker's body . Nicotine is addictive, which means that it is a substance that
             enters the body and changes the chemical makeup of the body's cells. The cells then crave more
