A high-school education is also considered the backbone for whatever course of study a person takes next. Another degree available is the associate degree. A nurse’s salary varies dramatically with all the different nursing jobs today. The National League for nursing (NLN) was started in 1952. Nurses have to prevent illnesses to the best of the nurse’s ability. Nurses have to do for patients what the patients cannot do for themselves. The American Nurses Association (ANA) is an international organization that has over 200,000 members.
