My journey
Condensation tricked down the window of the train. The cruel rain raged, untamed. Despite such, people fought on battling hopelessly for seats, somewhere in that gloom I awoke from my contemplative fantasy. I turned and admired the tall, dark man sat opposite me. I found myself admiring his lovely olive skin embraced with freckles then I realised I had made eye contact with his deep ocean blue eyes, embarrassingly I smiled and quickly looked away. Again I found myself staring oblivious to what was going on around me. As the train rocked I noticed over the horizon bright blue skies breaking through the grey clouds. This was made even worse by the cruel smirk on the cute boy's face who I had previously been lusting after. I approached the counter with a slight spring in my step as my excitement grew, it wasn't long now. I dived yet again into the endless mess of my handbag, I noticed the ticket man growing ever more inpatient, as time seemed to slow down. d myself rummaging through my unordered bag, I rushed to find my purse then the unspeakable happened. Whilst pondering a deep voice blared out we had arrived at the next station. I leaned forward to pull open the door and noticed an elderly lady carrying what seemed to be a huge suitcase.
