Perfect Society (female pov)

             My perfect society would be a small community based out in rural America and would be called Spectra. Spectra would be a rather close-knit city, quaint and peaceful and so away from the rest of the world, the kind where everyone knows everybody. It is not the sort of town where everyone gossips though; everyone hates the idea of being talked about poorly behind their backs, for it is centralized around the idea of kindness towards others. I would be the leader and would run this community with great skill, providing for each and every citizen, for everyone is equal.
             Spectra would be run by Monarchy, which would be controlled by a leader who passes on the throne through the family, much like a dynasty. A small Cabinet would aid me, Queen of Spectra, in running the society and manage law and order. The Cabinet would consist of ministers who specialize in certain departments of the community. They include the Chancellor of the Exchequer, who runs the Treasury; the Home Secretary, takes special care of the police, prisons, and other inner community aspects, and the Foreign Secretary, his or her brilliant mind dealing with the outside world and protecting our perfect society from its dangers. But of course, I would have supreme rule over the region.
             There would be several basic laws, a sort of constitution, one might call it, that govern the perfect society of Spectra. Of course there would be no murder or theft, but also the right to an attorney and a prohibition against the owning of firearms, a highly scowled upon weapon. One may be sued if it is proven that they committed adultery and you cannot marry at all until you are twenty-four years of age, for that is the age at which the brain is fully developed and able to make such an important decision. Eighteen is the age you may receive an examination to earn a drinking license, but you automatically get one at age twenty-one, and at sixteen you may test to get a driver's lice...
