Water

H2O, more commonly known as water, is one of the most amazing and most abundant substances in the world. Without it, human beings can die within a few days, since we are made nearly two third of water. Life would not be able to evolve without water, and it is the most studied material on the planet. The reasons are obvious and it is not hard to see why once we learn about how important it is that we have a sufficient amount of water each day.
Looking at the H2o Molecule (above) we see that its is a very simple molecule. Looks can be deceiving, as water proves to be much more complex than meets the eye. Its unique capabilities and properties make water one of a kind- there is no other substance that can do quite as much or quite as great things that water can.
Depending on how efficiently water moves throughout your body, so well, in turn will your organs and their functions. People often become very ill due to dehydration, because water is vital for many of the body's functions that life demands of us if we hope to be in well working condition. There are many different minerals in water that the body can't get from any other source.Drinking sufficient water regularly can solve some problems that people to many lengths and spend a lot of money trying to keep at bay, such as heartburn.
Without sufficient water intake many problems arise, such as the pancreas being less efficient, acids in the stomach are not neutralized, and the digestion system has an increasingly difficult time trying to function efficiently. Over time, this causes serious problems, such as false appendicitis pain, constipation and hiatus hernia. On the other hand, increased water consumption is known to ward off many health problems such as relief of migraine headaches, lower high blood cholesterol and high blood pressure, as well as relieve rheumatoid arthritis pain.
