) Endorses free and fair elections in Iraq on 31 January 2005, in which all competent people, regardless of race, gender, color, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, physical characteristics, religion, and beliefs, can express their opinion and elect a leader without fear or intimidation in national closed polls;10. ) Concurs with the statements of UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan on British television network BBC that the invasion of Iraq was illegal;3. ) Suggests that Member States engage in debt-reduction or elimination processes with the nation and people of Iraq, due to the overwhelming cost of national rebuilding and the humanitarian aid involved with the current situation;19. ) Fully endorses the outcome of any free and fair election held in Iraq;12. ) Further reminds Member States that any deviating from the resolutions and decrees of the UN or its bodies renders the entire UN obsolete;7. ) Recognizes the interim government established in Iraq by the Coalition, headed by prime minister Iyad Allawi, to be sovereign until elections shall be held;14. ) Fully condemns the actions taken to invade Iraq without the approval of any U.
