This is true because marketing, in all its varied forms, is concerned with attracting customers, getting them to buy, and making sure they are happy enough with their purchase that they come back for more. What could be more important? Trying to run a business without customers can be very difficult. How the customer sees your product and its competitors is the key to decisions in advertising, personal selling, pricing, and planning. Marketing can be fun, and it is one aspect of business that creativity is essential.
             Marketing consists of sales, advertising, customer service, and the product itself, pricing and discounts, reputation, strategies, and much more. Creative thinking is very important to add unique touches that make your marketing effort stand out in the customer's mind. In marketing, you must plan and coordinate a great many activities in order to reach customers so that they may purchase, use, and repurchase your activities. The marketer's most powerful source of leverage is a marketing program that coordinates and focuses all marketing activities. A great way to start any development of a marketing program is to start listing all the ways in which the customer and company interact. The program's purpose is to use all the information in a coordinated, strategic manner to get and retain customers. You need to think about who you target, what they want, and need. You need to see through the customer's eyes. There are several ways of knowing what customers want, surveys and computerized analysis. The task of marketing is difficult. Customers don't care about you and your company. Good marketers must find a way to convince the customers that buying, using, and repurchasing your product is in their best interest.
