American Revolution vs. French Revolution

The French Revolution was one of the most significant turning points in French History. It may not have given France a proper democracy or have given France a good reputation with the Reign of Terror and all the deaths, but it did unify the French people together, which helped them over throw their cruel monarch. But when compared to the American Revolution, the French Revolution would be considered a big circle, with death in various parts of it. Why did each revolution start? Was it because they needed attention? Or was it because they were bored? Maybe it was it because they weren't being listened to, and they wouldn't take it any more. That sounds a little better than the first two. I know that the American Revolution started because there was no representation of the original thirteen colonies and the British taxed them on every minor thing, for example the stamp tax. The French on the other hand started their revolution because they lived in poverty, in hunger, and in a land were the monarch will do nothing about it. As the poor peasants starved, the noblemen and clergy lived comfortable lives and had enough food for them. It sounds as if the French Revolution had a better reason to be started.

But Napoleon did do many things to reform the church to make it have less power then, he also regulated the economy to control the prices of the expensive food. He did try and take over all over Europe and parts of Africa, but that's a completely different story. Also, if Napoleon hadn't sold America the Louisiana territory when he tried to take over the world, there wouldn't be 50 states in America, there probably wouldn't even be 30. The Americans did lose some battles but the French just kept making 360s with their government. The document after it was created had all the characteristics that were needed for a centralized government to rule a nation just fully and without have too much power in the hands of one person. Women lost most of their rights and men became rulers of the house (again). Both nations had a war, or wars, to get to where they are today. Today the document is known as the United States Constitution. There were few guns to be found but there were probably a lot of farming tools like pitchforks and axes maybe even swords. During the American Revolution, most standard military procedures were dropped and guerrilla warfare was used. Yeah France fell back wards many times and American had help form the French, but it turned out ok knowing that the United States is probably the most powerful country in the world, and that France is the culture capital of the world not to for get Paris, the romance capitol of the world. Unlike the French Revolution, the American Revolution didn't have as many backward steps. The people that wrote the document were known as the framers. Also, the war wasn't even really a war more like a hostile take over the government and land, and even thought it is classified as the French Revolution, it should be called a civil war. Further more the revolution had a lot of rioting and mob gatherings that further unified the country.
