Romance in Turkey

             When it comes to romance which is integral and common for all mankind,we can easily say that the general understanding and content changes depending on the country people live in.Here I'm going to discuss romatic relationships in Turkey considering the change on this matter as the time flows.
             Duck S. explains in ''Meaning As a Context in Human Relationships..and .Vice Versa'' that since words are important to communicate,language plays a vital role in relationships.But the expressions can be both verbal and nonverbal.Nonverbal language is mostly about gestures.During a speech words unveils the speaker's personality,attitudes,view of the world.Nonverbal language points out to the aim and type of the relationship and leads us to behave in appropriate manners by showing these kind of facts about the relationship we conduct.In Turkey verbal language as a context in relations has the same effects it has generally while the interpratation of nonverbal language,usage of space and gestures,there are some distinguishing understandings.For example,being close phsically or intimate were not accepted in public areas in the past.Therefore cruel judgements are used to made.But today things have changed a lot.It is considered as perfectly natural and no judgements are made about that issue.The reason for that big change is the influence of western culture on Turkey's society.
             It's totally clear that considering mere emotions definetely is not enough to understand and have an opinion about human relationships.This is all about the shaping factors of emotions which is culture,society and language.These factors are effective also in Turkey like in any other country.Because this is the nature of human beings we are talking about.The only thing that changes is the way that people are effected.
