The first reason that fortifies my application is my leadership skills. Starting as a school leader in my twelfth standard to a Team Leader in my present organisation, I have led various teams of myriad compositions and diverse common goals. I have learnt that it is imperative for me to comprehend the competencies of the team members fast and assign them proportionate work. Now I am the system in charge of my project and am managing a group of ten. I am steering this group amidst technically demanding jobs, tough deadlines and cutthroat competition. The circulation of the College magazine increased two folds and the quality of the articles improved drastically. Many a times I have to deal with situations where individual goals override the team goals. I, later became the head of the management board of my College Magazine where my responsibility was not just to bring out the magazine but to also select the members of my team. I am growing as a leader everyday and I am sure these varied experiences hold me in a much better capacity to be a part of your institution than many others. ain, leading was relatively easier where as a team, there were fewer individualistic goals and more impressionable minds. I learnt to gauge people on their commitment but the more challenging task was to motivate a group of college students to work for a goal, where there were no tangible rewards.
