(p.3) Wall goes on define and lay out the dollars spent and projected to be spent on education through the use of technology. In preparation for receiving a teacher's certificate, I've had to take the PRAXIS I & II exams, and the GRE test at a professional learning center. The author points out the lack of access to computers are an often mentioned complaint in using technology assessment. Personally, the author addressed many experiences I've encountered in the last two years in making the transition from the private sector in business to public education. The author also gives an admirable amount of explanation of the disadvantages of computer and internet based assessment.
