Symbolism of the Green Light in The Great Gatsby
It's funny how something as simple as a little green light at the end of a dock could be of so much importance to a plot. In The Great Gatsby, F. Scott Fitzgerald shows how only a light can have such an effect on the whole novel. Just the light symbolizes Gatsby's love for Daisy, and also money and the greed people have because of it.
