Hinduism

Today, Hinduism is a major world religion, not only due to its hundreds of millions of followers, but also because of its profound influence on many other religions throughout its history. In turn, Hinduism itself has been influenced by these various religions which had contributed to the wide variety of beliefs and practices that it encompasses. The religion is comprised of whatever all the people of India have believed and done and extends to every aspect of life. There are four castes as follows: Shudras, the servant class, Vaishyas, the producers and merchants, Kshatriyas, warriors or administrators, and the Brahmans or "seers. Also, they show hospitality to others and a engage in a continuous remembrance of God through the study of the Holy Scripture. However, as mandated, each soul must first achieve liberation (moksha) from the cycle of life known as samsara. According to Sureshwari Devi, Hinduism in the 21st century is expanding. Two important aspects of Hinduism are chanting and meditation, the continuous recitation of sacred words. Some say chanting is a primitive way of altering the consciousness and raising psychic power or energy. She wants people to truly understand the religion, and she expresses the Hindu community's desire to convert as many people to Hinduism as possible. The derived psychic powers may be used for purposes of magic, exorcism and healing. Center of the International Society of Divine Love.
