             "Ground Zero may be history's most photographed single event", said Daniel Henninger in the article. I believe that it must be a worthy and challenging subject for photographers.
             September 11, 2001 marks the date when this historic and atrocious event happened. The World Trade Center's twin towers were collapsed into pieces. A frightful and unfathomable amount of dust covered the city, as thousands of people disappeared in an instant. People cried, shouted, and were frightened beyond belief. The people of the city were filled with fear, anger, hate, sadness, despair, disorder, insecurity, and many other kinds of feeling. The city and its people were not as they usual were. This was a world unrecognizable to us. That is the subject for photographers. Furthermore, if the world was based on such atrocious event, the feelings of people in the city would eventually disappear as people move on. But it is not, so there is only that specific moment for the photographer to capture the moment realistically. However, it will depend on how each photographer expresses the subject through his photos. For example, for me, I will photograph the acts and faces of people who are shown naturally under the specific circumstances, in which they can't hide their feelings, but rather express their strong feelings of fear, sadness, or despair. These photos that I take are truly "ennobling", as Henninger said in his article, and are not "beautiful."
             Today, people like to see "reality" in films and photographs. News cameramen and photographers, especially, need to shoot the films correctly as they see them occurring. Do they shoot these films without putting their feeling in their work in order to create realistic films? I do not think this is true.
