             Currently, assess future growth and profit opportunities for Zoëcon's Strike brand insect growth regulator called Strike Roach Ender is the main challenge facing the company's executives, due to a recent change in top management corporate objectives. There are 3 different points of view concerning this issue and a decision should be made taking into account the best way to allocate Zoecon's technical, financial, and marketing resources.
             STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS
             1st: Extend Strike Roach Ender distribution to the 19 cities, representing 80% of roach insecticide volume, where Strike Flea Ender was being sold.
             2nd: Direct Zoëcon's resources to PCOs.
             3rd: Zoëcon should pursue opportunities for selling hydroprene to the markets of d-Con, Black Flag, and Raid for use in their products.
             SELECTION OF STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVE AND IMPLEMENTATION
