Most fall into one of this broad although somewhat overlapping categories: depressants , stimulants and psycho tropics, the latter being those which cause dramatic changes in how one views the world, there are great variations in the extent of drug abuse, the types of drugs used, and whether it is socially approved or disapproved and are legal or illegal.
