Change,how has my understanding of the concept of "Change" deepened in relation to the texts l have studied this year.l now see change in many different perspectives and the different ways you look at the change occurring can alter your opinion on it for better or worse.
             Referring to Pleasantville it is a place were change never occurs,it is as they say "strait out of the book".Pleasantville is a black and white television show form the 1950s that has the same routine everyday.But when David and Jennifer get mysteriously transported into Pleasantville from the 1900s and do not keep everything to script (as it is a television show) strange changes start to happen.lt first started when Jennifer took Skip captain of the school basketball team on a date,things got pretty intimate.This was all a new concept to Pleasantville a "change" this was when the weird things started to occur,pieces of the town started to get colour in them.With every alteration in the script that Jennifer and David caused,something else would change more things started to get colour into them,it rained,a fire started,wifes weren't home on time to cook dinner etc...At first the towns people were freaked out by this new concept and looked at this change on a negetive.apon all this change a town meeting was called to sentence Bill the coffee shop owner for painting with colour in a public place,David stands up in his defence and makes a speack on how to look at change on a different perspective on a positive and all of a sudden everything turns from black and white to colour as they looked at all this change on a positive
