             Five a.m. cannot come soon enough; it ranks as my favorite time of day; my challenge and blissful escape. I eagerly crawl out of bed to pursue more rest, harmony, relaxation, and energy than any slumber could possibly provide. Yoga is my life- the journey upon which with each new day new challenges and accomplishments are discovered and explored. As the sun rises over the horizon, I embrace that journey with vital expectations that shape my whole being.
             Yoga embodies a dynamic form of living- it considers the universe as being alive in all it totality. Translated into English the word itself means a union between the individual and supreme soul. The health of a human body depends on good condition of one's organs as well as the current of a vital force or energy within the structure and capacity of one's organs. Only together will these two factors make the whole dynamic concept of life. While modern science focuses firmly on the physical state of health, it abandons the anything beyond a humans five sense. However, the practice of Yoga involves a world beyond the physical, a parallel semi- material fluid world- the world of Parna. This world consists of two main aspects: The first being Paranic organs known as Chakras, the second a force or energy as a whole referred to as Nadis. Chakras, like organs of the physical body, assimilate and dissimulate. In the physical body Chakras compare to the nervous system; they consist of six principle organs that align in the center of the body and accumulate, transform and distribute the Paranic forces to the core of the body, the plexus. An alignment of the Chakras through Yoga exercises provides the body with physical and spiritual well being. The Paranic forces (transports of Chakras) as a whole are called Nadis, separate they form the positive conductors known as Pingala, and negative conductors, Ida.
