             A leader of a large organization is a figurehead, or representative, to all of the companies' stakeholders and therefore can be regarded as an indicator of the company's prosperity, management and outlook. An effective leader is a necessity to any business to ensure the company's visions and goals are reasonable and furthermore acted upon.
             An effective leader must have many skills and qualities. He/she must have set objectives or goals for an overall vision of where he/she wants to see the company in the future and the ability to pursue those objectives or goals aggressively. He/she must also analyze changes in the operating and macro environments and modify the companies' objectives to better suit the changing environment.
             He/She must understand the people within the company and be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all employees in order to minimize expenditure of time and resources. He/she must have expertise in the field in which the business is operating in order to offer guidance and to understand what is possible and practical.
