LEVI'S MARKETING STRATEGY

             Levi Strauss & Co. is one of the largest company in the business world, having headquarters in all of the continents and selling their most significant product, clothing. It is well known that Levi¡s is a very successful company producing, studying people wants and needs, selling, distributing, and promoting their products in a very competitive textile sector, especially in jean market, for many years. Levi Strauss & Co. is an international clothing company that clearly illustrates both the ups and downs of international marketing. They have been a world leader in the jean apparel market for many years, but along the way they have suffered due to a lack of adaptation to customers¡ needs, combined with a continual increase in competition. From this aspect, in this report, Levi¡s followed which kind of marketing strategies in order to come its significant situation, is firstly going to be analysed.
             Basically, my study of the Levi¡s company consists of three main parts:
             The first part is concerned with company overview and its history. In the second part of the study, conduct an analysis the Levi¡s company¡s marketing mix strategies will be investigated in general. Based on the same analyse method, the role and the performance of the Levi¡s company in two most largest distinct market, from the economical point of view, such as European and Japanese markets, is going to be informed. In both different huge markets, the report will examine the economic, legal, and cultural dynamics (environmental analysis) of these respective regions. Furthermore the form of the entering the market by Levi¡s, product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies will each be analysed.
