Endurance vs Strength Training
There are many types of ways to get your body in shape. Many of these ways of exercise are classified into two groups. These two groups are known as endurance training and strength training. Endurance training and strength training are very different yet closely related. The type of activity you preform determines which training you should focus on. The reason one's body is able to develop and gain strength is due mainly to muscles. In order to understand the different types of training, it is good to first know background information of muscles. Muscles contract because of a joint movement of two basic filaments of sarcomere. Building lean muscle mass can be much harder than one may think. In order to grow lean muscle mass you must do more than eat foods that are high in protein and train hard. In order to increase your lean muscle mass you must first eat an adequate amount of calories from protein, carbohydrates and even fat just to have the energy that is necessary to build the muscle that you want to build. Training hard is a very important factor in building the lean muscle mass, but so is rest. It is imperative to have substantial amounts of rest between workouts so that your muscle has the time that it needs to actually g
They are known as Aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance, speed endurance and strength endurance. If a non athlete had these characteristics, they would likely indicated a heart block, hypertension, heart failure or a recent myocardial infract of cardiomyopathy. If you wish to obtain maximum strength your best bet would be to do weight training. When they do work out, especially if it is more than two times a week, it is best to keep things simple. Strength training is one type of exercise. It can stunt their growth and cause complications in the future. If you work out and build up your strength training for a while then practice endurance training you will not lose all your strength. Strength training causes changes to occur in the biochemicals of ones body. Where as neurogenic pertains to the changes that occur between the muscle and the nerve connection. The strength training is also like a form of stretching before a person does a long period of running or swimming, etc. Myogenic refers to the changes that occur within the muscle structure itself. Strength training causes muscle hypertrophy.
