Perhaps every one of us is aware of humankind¡s need of energy. Since the main source of energy for the humankind is the petroleum and the petroleum products, I chose to analyze ¡§LUKOIL Company Group¡- number one refiner in the Russian Federation and major investor in number of East European countries one of which is my homecounry Bulgaria. Since I have had the marvelous opportunity to spend some time working at gas station owned by LUKOIL Company Group, I will try to have a look over the company policy from the point of view of one of its employees.
             The answers of the question ¡§What can I find tempting¡ in a job, or company social policy can be many. Honesty, tolerance, good health and social insurance, stress-reduced working environment, work methods which follow the ethical principles of the society, are only a small part of the quite big list. However, there is unwritten law, saying ¡§Hungry person thinks about nothing else, but his hunger¡. Pretty obvious is that an individual, without sufficient funds to maintain a very basic quality of life, cares very little about ethics, and even law. In fact such people are ready to work every kind of work, if it is paid well enough.I believe that LUKOIL Group Organization social policy has on aim exactly this part of the society. Here is part of their social policy or like they call it ¡§Social code¡
             „¥ Integrity of labor remuneration and motivation policies for all organizations of the LUKOIL Group;
             This is quite interesting statement indeed. I wonder if this ¡§all organizations of the LUKOIL Group¡ means really all organizations, even those with subject marketing of the ready petroleum products, even in Bulgaria? I am not very confident in this, it sounds to me rather like a ready statement taken directly from some ¡§Basics of the Marxism and Lenism¡ textbook. However, let me be unbiased
