             "Vegetarianism: The Best Way To Eat"
             A saying goes, "You are (exactly) what you eat" (Martin 1). If true, many human beings must be cannibalistic, chemically treated, life forms. Now days, people are taking this quote as a way of life. This is what Stone presents in his article, "Live Longer and Healthier: Stop Eating Meat!" He commends on the individuals who try to live the vegetarian lifestyle and the benefits this diet gives( Stone 425 ). Vegetarianism is a beneficial solution to a healthy body. Many take this term the wrong way, and only think about it in one perspective, but there is more to vegetarianism than some think. Manh can categorize it and see many healthful advantages to being a vegetarian.
             Society has a one track mind on how it perceives vegetarians. Some of these ideas are misunderstood and wrong. For one, some individuals
             believe vegetarians are choosing this way of eating because they love animals do not agree with the process of slaughtering animals. This statement is not always true for all. Many chose this way of eating as another diet, and other health reasons. People must see that there is more to being a vegetarian than most think.
             In earlier years, there was only one type of vegetarian. Today one does not have to completely take out all meats to be a vegetarian. People now have a choice of five different categories: semi vegetarians who consume dairy products, eggs, fish, and chicken; pesco-vegetarians who consume the same but no chicken; lacto-ovo-vegetarians, dairy products and eggs; ovo-vegetarians, eggs; and lastly vegans who do not eat any meat at all except honey( Jarvis 57 ). Since many people are different, this helps people go on the vegetarian diet without them having to give up some foods that they love.
