I personally do not see an end that is going to come anytime soon because there is no way that we can stop the use of it. The book I read was called Drugs In America by Robert Emmet Long. This book might be a little out of date but it still touches bases with most all of the same problems our society faces today. This book was published in New York in 1993. He also believe that they need to Expand research on medical treatments for addiction. Another option that was mentioned is prevention. Mr. Long believes that we can do more to teach children that drugs are very bad. Do more to spot drug use early, such as ideal check ups from the doctor. He thinks that we should get up in a more powerful place and preach the what happens with the use of drugs. Like more ads on television and radio. Companies forced to join the drug war is
