             My group has been a very productive group throughout the entire semester. We started off very well and were able to focus on our goals. Everyone has worked really hard to make sure our group was cohesive. In comparing our group to other groups in the Organizational Behavior class, we realized that we were different. We were cohesive almost from the very beginning, we had active participation from everyone, and we didn't have any devastating arguments. Our group learned a lot about being groups and how to create effective groups through cohesion. Realizing that we became a productive group only out of our desire to do so.
             My group quickly developed guidelines for which every member is obligated to abide by. The guidelines/rules are a sort of contract that all group members agreed to. The contract was an agreement to attend all meetings and if we are unable to come then we contact at least one person. We agreed to meet all deadlines, be assertive, actively participate, do good teamwork, work on cohesiveness, leave all attitudes behind, and be considerate of others. The reason we decided to create this contract was because everyone wanted to make sure this group would reach its goal for the class. Having group members that either did not participate or hindered participation of others would not be tolerated.
             By creating this contract we established are first set of norms. The group needed all group members to participate and be responsible to the group. Besides those norms set out in the contract we also came to an understanding that skipping class, was not permissible to the group. To be able to do group projects we needed all group members. Sometimes members decided to skip, especially Jennifer and Amy Riffle, but we quickly gave them extra work to do, so that they could catch up.
