Who Moved My Cheese? A Self-Help Examination
Two mice, Sniff and Scurry, Two "littlepeople", a giant maze, and cheese; what do these things all have in common? The answer, they are all elements of the self-help book entitled "Who Moved My Cheese?" by Spencer Johnson, M.D. and Kenneth Blanchard, Ph. D.
The book is broken into three sections. In the first section called, A Gathering, former classmates of the authors talk at a reunion about trying to deal with the changes happening in their lives. These problems ranged from owning a small business and having to compete with new larger chains, to problems with employee willingness to adapt to changing business conditions at work.

In the story the mice and the littlepeople must adapt to and overcome changes in order to make it through the "maze" of life in order to find the "cheese" they must have in order to survive and be happy.
In the third section, A Discussion, people discuss what the story meant to them and how they are going to use it in their work and their lives, both private and professional. These ranged from, children getting used to living in a new place and starting new intimate relationships, to working in order to receive a promotion and gaining a new position at work.
