A self-help examination.

Who Moved My Cheese? A Self-Help Examination Two mice, Sniff and Scurry, Two "littlepeople", a giant maze, and cheese; what do these things all have in common? The answer, they are all elements of the self-help book entitled "Who Moved My Cheese?" by Spencer Johnson, M.D. and Kenneth Blanchard, Ph. D. The book is broken into three sections. In the first section called, A Gathering, former classmates of the authors talk at a reunion about trying to deal with the changes happening in their lives. He says that we are afraid of change and sometimes not willing to adapt to the world around us. Personally, I have gained a lot from this book. The only negative ramifications I can foresee happening for following the author's recommendations would have to be with personal relationships. " The method in which the author has chosen to offer help, his recommendations, have both advantages and disadvantages. I now know what to do when I need the motivation to move with change.
