Go out to a party that lasts until 4amIf you are used to thinking that stress is something that makes you worry, you have the wrong idea of stress. Stress is many different kinds of things: happy things, sad things, physical things. Many people carry enormous stress loads and they do not even realize it! We are all familiar with the word "stress". In fact, to most of us, stress is synonymous with worry. If it is something that makes you worry, then it is stress. Your body, however, has a much broader definition of stress. TO YOUR BODY, STRESS IS SYNONYMOUS WITH CHANGE. Anything that causes a change in your life causes stress. It doesn't matter if it is a "good" change, or a "bad" change, they are both stress. Even IMAGINED CHAN
Vitamins and nutrients help your body maintain balance. Sooner or later, the energy drain on your system will cause the body to fall behind in its repair work. If you continue, permanent damage may be done. But, in a situation where there is too much excitement or sadness, the messengers flood the brain with messages (neurotransmitters)-this creates the imbalance. THIS specific process happens quickly. As mentioned before, it happens when you have an argument, party in an exciting atmosphere for too long, or simply are EXPECTING something serious to happen. IllnessCatching a cold, getting a serious injury, a sore back, are all CHANGES in your body condition. If you think that you may receive a promotion at work, that is also stress (even though this would be a good change). This we all know, and probably have all experienced. As minimal or positive these factors may be, they evoke emotion and the release of Cortisol-a stress hormone.
