             Euthanasia: Do We Have Right to Die?
             Euthanasia is one of society's more widely and hotly debated moral issues of our time. There are many different views from variety of people and organization such as patient, families, church, politician, governments and more. Active Euthanasia is an act, which helps terminally ill patient to reduce their pain to die earlier. Many people, groups and countries are against active euthanasia because of several reasons. Such as religion, ethics, and politics that occur because of controversy.
             The Christian perspective on the subject of "assisted suicide" is simple. "We believe in the sanctity of life from the moment of conception until natural death" (Beckman). There are over 60 passages of scripture in the Bible that relate to the sanctity of life, beginning with "Thou Shalt Not Kill." The argument that "everyone has a right to do with their own body as they see fit" does not hold up for Christians including myself. "Prostitution has consistently been held to be illegal as are other crimes because they are not committed in a vacuum" (Beckman). Also, the Christian view is consistent with the Declaration of Independence, that "our Creator has endowed us with certain unalienable rights, and among these is life" (Beckman)
             The Christian view of euthanasia is very simple without knowing. But we have to recognize that euthanasia is not a duty that we should all follow when we become terminally ill patient. Euthanasia is currently carried out voluntarily. Nobody objects
             about freedom of religion in United States. Millions of people have different religions in nation. Why should a terminally ill patient follow a rule of God when he doesn't even believe God? Why can't this patient set their own p...
