China and Market Economy
China is a socialistic country, its economic system is Market Economy; USA is a capitalistic country, its economic system also is Market Economy. But there are a lot of differences between these two countries. The economic system in China is named socialistic market economy, which in USA is named capitalistic market economic. Because these two countries have different politics. So the different places maybe feedback in their economic system.Two thousand years feudal history in China is proverbial. So China didn’t have capitalism, so China didn’t have economic amass. And because of the Opium War、World War II、Liberate War, the economic system of China is almost disorganization. Just the reverse, USA make a lot of money or the other wealth from war、international trade and the other things. Of course the economic system in USA is much better than China.China is a socialistic country; USA is a capitalistic country. So the government may establish some policies in their different positions. And of course the policies are not all the same. I think the different policies may take a big influence to economy.For example: Market economic system is very different from command economic system. In the
4、 Credit SystemThe history of American credit management is very long, about 160 years. Of course they received a very good redounds, the development of legal is very fast in China today. But in China the law is not consummate. So manufactories must product a lot of goods for the customers. Manufactories produce a lot of things, but no one needs it. In the command economic the government controls the market, so the stability of this economic is very strong. How to Improve Our Market EconomyToday China is the member of the WTO, China becoming more and more important in the world economic system. Of course that young man must achieve some requires. This situation has come because the different between two country’s culture. And of course USA has a long time to establish a perfect legal system. The government and some relational departments even some business-men, make a huge contribute in the process which make the laws contribute. When he found the car which he like, he could drive it home, without pay anything. 6、 Consume Concept:The people in USA did not use a thing as long as Chinese people. And Chinese government is paying much attention to this subject; spend lots of money, time and workforce to do this work. 3、 LawsMarket economy is not like command economy, the role of the government is different.
