I woke up one day

When I woke up I had my family next to me. My memories were faded but I started recollecting all that had happened up to the accident. Soon after my gaining consciousness the doctors told me that I had not sustained any major injuries during the accident and that I was very lucky. They also told me that due to a blow to my head some part of my brain had stopped functioning and at the time of the accident there was no medical treatment that could wake me up from my comatose condition. But recently a new treatment was introduced and with my family's approval this treatment was tried on me and it was successful. They told me that the treatment involved using nanotechnology to release nanobots into the brain that repaired damage to my brain at the nanometer level. A nanobot is a nanotechnological robot, that is, a robot whose operating components are molecular and whose size is comparable to biological cells. All of this didn't make any sense to me at that time but after further explanation and questioning I found out that Nanotechnology is the creation of functional materials, devices, and systems through control of matter on the nanometer (1 to 100+ nm) length scale and the exploitation of properties and phenomena developed at that

A traditional car battery is used to operate the car's electrical system, including the radio and air conditioning. " The only emission from the fuel cell powered cars is water vapor. Computers, the Internet and Global Positioning Systems have increased the efficiency of transportation. A nanometer is one billionth of a meter (10-9 m). Doctors can predict with a much higher degree of accuracy which medicines a patient should be take and those that he should avoided. These bots search out cancer affected cells using certain molecular markers. They are also playing a vital roles in efficiency of energy production and distribution systems such as pipelines, refineries, power plants and transmission lines. Furthermore, various medical sensors measuring things like blood pressure, temperature, etc. After a day of observation I noticed that my bed had a touch sensitive display and possibly and integrated computer. I had always been very curious and interested in new technologies and all of these new high tech gadgetry intreged me to a great extent. The devices provided a degree of privacy for the patient, and the ability to immediately compare doctors' directions to stored records saved lives by catching conflicts in medications that could have otherwise been missed due to misplaced documents or the infamous bad penmanship of doctors. A typical blood borne medical nanobot would be around three micrometres in size, because that is the maximum size possible due to capillary passage requirement. It had no pumps but booths where you would pull over and purchase tanks of liquid or gaseous hydrogen.
