Cigarette smoke contains more than 4,000 different chemicals, many of which are proven cancer-causing substances, or carcinogens. Smokers more frequently give birth to premature or underweight babies. After all, stop smoking is keeping us away from hurting our health and body. The more you smoke and the longer you smoke, the greater your risk of lung cancer. Even though people are smoking because releasing stress and worried , taking a break, or socializing with their friends , but they are not noticing how dangerous it is.
