Huck Finn ch 1-9

             Adventures of Huckleberry Finn- Ch, 1-9
             In chapters 1-3 when Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn made the band of robbers or Tom Sawyers Gang it could only remind me of when I was a little kid. When you would have clubs and you would be the pretty princesses and you had to pass a test to get in and you would have to sign an oath saying you wouldn't tell anyone about the club or else you would be kicked out. No, Tom Sawyers Gang was that nice but it reminded me of those times. I can't even imagine that a child at their age was going around killing people and stealing and yet their mothers/ fathers did nothing about it. Well Miss Watson did and im glad to see that this book shows that kids don't always get their way because that would put a wrong picture in all the kids minds who read this book.
             Although Huck hates Miss Watson she is a very good influence upon him. You know you read these books and you see kids who struggle and you see yourself in those shoes. And you remember a few years back when you were struggling and your parents tried to help you and you pushed away just like Huck did with Miss Watson. I wish that sometimes you can go back and take a step back and realize that in the long run they really are trying to help you.
             In chapter 5 where you hear about Huck's father and you see the picture I thought about a homeless man. He looked grungy and dirty and now I can see where Huck got his original habits from. Huck is extremely lucky to have been turned over to Miss Watson because is he were to have stayed with his father he would have turned out just like him with no education what so ever. Usually when you have a parent who did not success in life they usually push it harder on their kids because they don't? want their kids to end up like them. But for Huck and his fathers case, I think his father thinks he did achieve everything he waned to. And I think that he believe that he turned out well and wants Huck to turn out just ...
