Capital punishment

The oppositions to capital punishment argue that it is immoral to kill. In Christian, they believe that God puts people on Earth for a purpose. If a person is executed before his nature death, it will ruin God÷Õ will (Capital Punishment 'the Death penalty). In addition, oppositions believe that any kinds of murder are not acceptable, even done by state. They think capital punishment lowers the value of human life because the action of execution of humans brutalizes the societies. Moreover, they state that human life is very valuable. Even one has murdered another individual, one÷Õ life is still precious that nobody should take it away, even by the state (Capital Punishment 'the Death Penalty). Therefore, oppositions strongly believe capital punishment is morally wrong.

However, they are wrong. øŒt is by exacting the highest penalty for the taking of human life that people affirm the highest value of human life?(Capital Punishment 'the Death Penalty). Many people feel that killing convicted murderers will reinforce the justice within the nation. Also, there are some murder cases that are too terrible that makes execution is the only response to the criminal (Peters 5). Furthermore, many feel that the execution of the criminal will bring claim and harmony to the victim÷Õ life. For example, Cary Ann Medlin was killed when she was only 8 years old. Her killer was put to death, and executions bring peace to the victims?families. Cary÷Õ mother said, øŒt could not bring Cary back, but it gave us our life back?(Peters 5). Therefore, death penalty is not wrong. It is right to execute a person who murders someone.
