Since the advent of technological revolution, my writing skills have improved and developed to cope up with the changing pace of technologies present. Because of technological revolution, computers and the Internet have emerged, two technology media that increased the speed and pace in which humans communicate. Through computers, people can now write without the fuss and effort that is put in writing in handwritten form. Computers provided ease in writing by allowing users to just tap into keys in the keyboard, and produce compositions without too much physical effort. Furthermore, writing in computers allows you to think in 'freestyle' form, making it possible to write immediately into the computer without exactly putting your thoughts into writing (of course, an outline is still needed for compositions). The Internet, on the other hand, allowed users to communicate via chat or e-mail. Just like the mode of writing in computers, communication in the Internet is fast paced and written, since communication is conducted in real time. In effect, these phrases or words will be used in my composition or write-up once I start doing my composition. Writing for me is an essential step that one must take in order to prepare a speech. This last reminder is the most important pointer in conducting a speech in front of an audience. In summary, recollection of thoughts and organization of ideas are the benefits of writing before a speech in order to provide the speaker a concrete idea of what the speaker is going to discuss in front of an audience. Being prepared means the speaker must know his speech very well, knows when to start, veer into transitions, and end or close the speech in the right time, not too abruptly or too delayed. In effect, writing to prepare a speech is essential because it promotes recollection of thoughts, since a concretely formed ideas (just like thoughts put into writing), is more powerful in activating the senses than simply thinking of these thoughts. During the conceptualization phase, I usually write down key phrases or words that will best describe a main thought or point that I am thinking of. For me, the conceptualization process is more important than the writing process itself because it is in this phase where ideas and thoughts develop, as compared to the writing phase where the composition is actually patterned after the outline conceived during the conceptualization process. The most important process of writing for me is the conceptualization phase, where I usually write down my basic ideas and points about a topic in order to come up with an outline or 'skeleton' of the topic of interest. ing the skills and development of users in writing, especially through the computer and Internet media.
