Letter to Fraternity
I was in fourth grade when I first decided to become a member of thePsi Phi Fraternity. My own father and brother had been members, so myinterest was always there. The decisive factor, however, came when I met anew friend, whose own father and brother were also Psi Phi men. At that early age, my friend and I vowed we would keep our family
I believe that my creativity and academic abilities make me aqualified candidate for the Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. After meeting members of the fraternity, I now see firsthand why my familybelieves so much in Psi Phi. In the process, we would alsostrengthen our bond by becoming brothers. If accepted, I vow to continue the Wilsonfamily tradition of upholding the principles of the Psi Phi Fraternity. I hope to have a chance to harness these skills, to better contributeto the activities and ideals of the Psi Phi Fraternity. My father and brother have long made it clear that there was only onefraternity for a Wilson -- Psi Phi. My loyalty and dedication to my familyhave meant that I have always held the Psi Phi Fraternity in high regard. In addition,I also value dedication and perseverance - values that I learned from myfather and therefore associate with Psi Phi. Past experiences have alsoshown me the value of being a responsible person, working efficiently andenthusiastically and being compassionate and understanding towards others.
