Personal Statement
I would like to attend [BLANK] University for a number of reasons.First, I believe a degree from [BLANK] will enhance my career goals in theaccounting field, and provide me with the essential education to succeed inmy chosen career. In addition, I have always hoped to attend [BLANK], andwould be grateful to earn my bachelor's degree from this institution. Ifeel I can receive a well-rounded education at [BLANK] both in accountingand in general education and campus activities.
Financially, I have been unemployed for a few months in the pastyear, and a scholarship in the accounting field would allow me to continuemy education, while preparing me for a successful future. 62 GPA, which is indicative of my personal academicachievement and dedication to my chosen field of study. I could not hopeto attend school currently without the additional help of a scholarship. My career goals include continuing in my current area of expertise,and eventually becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) after I receivemy degree. I aminterested in all facets of accounting, and feel that a degree would helpme become more sound and professional in my chosen career. Since I already work in the accounting field, I haveoccupational experience that can only enhance my academic experience. My academic goals are quite in line with [BLANK's] course of studyfor an accounting degree, which is another reason I feel the school isright for my needs.
