Time Management

Through the evaluation and setting of goals, such as short-term and long term in conditions of time, the formation of time management skills are beginning to be developed. The interconnection of the styles involved in setting goals should be in moderation and practical, thus purging tribulations associated with the administration of time. Realistic values should be placed on each target not allowing for procrastination or excuses. Therefore, by placing good time management skill in to place, the relief of stress and other health related issues are reduced. Thus, setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and putting a plan into action, the process of time management has commenced.The first focus which is on long-term goals appears to be the key on how to "establish the goals that have the largest scope first." People have difficulty maintaining focus in their lives. Perseverance and endurance go hand in hand with the common stress factor of life and other obstacles it is difficult to maintain the optimum level of motivation. Many people use multiple systems to categorize the importance of an event, such as numeric, alphabetic, color, or even symbolic codes to distinguish the level of importance. If tackling numerous tasks accompanied by daily interruptions are not enough, people still need to deal with the every day stress in their lives. People may feel overwhelmed with the items listed on their calendars. 123) Lack of motivation or interest can be a common effect of stress. The lack of patience is common in society today. The process though on some occasion may be hard to follow thru with due to unanticipated circumstances, are a simplistic technique of attaining aspirations desired. , 2002) The daily schedule is used to move through the day, and a weekly schedule is an overview of what is to be done and what is coming ahead, thus, showing two perspectives in time management.
