Time Management

Through the evaluation and setting of goals, such as short-term and long term in conditions of time, the formation of time management skills are beginning to be developed. The interconnection of the styles involved in setting goals should be in moderation and practical, thus purging tribulations associated with the administration of time. Realistic values should be placed on each target not allowing for procrastination or excuses. Therefore, by placing good time management skill in to place, the relief of stress and other health related issues are reduced. Thus, setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and putting a plan into action, the process of time management has commenced.
             The first focus which is on long-term goals appears to be the key on how to "establish the goals that have the largest scope first." (Carter, Bishop, Kravits, 2002, p.50) Planning goals can become overwhelming at times. The sheer thought of organizing life aspirations and following through with them seems a little intimidating. Long term goals which are set according to the choices made and the belief in them are known as values. The prospect of a successful outcome seems delightful, but even more so when there is a value associated with it. Time is the key. Seeing as everyone has been allotted the same 24 hours in a day, the accountability and triumph of the aspiration is measured according to application. (Carter et al., p.55) The goal arrangement whether a year or a lifetime is effective as long as each reveals a level of accomplishment. The values should be placed according to order of precedence.
