             As millions and millions of people embrace the World Wide Web as a part of
             their daily life, particularly at work and in the business world,
             significant changes took place in the diverse aspects of man's life. From
             the previous decades' paper-based form of communication into today's
             electronic way, the trend in today's technologically influenced business
             and commercial transactions has changed not only the methods of dealings
             between parties, but also the ethical and moral standards as viewed by man.
             Before, the paper-based form of communication and transactions between
             parties is the primary method to exchange critical information. From

             agreements was considered before as a secured phase in trading. However,
