Education is the backbone of human growth in all fields of lives, by thateconomy, society, morality or personal development. He plans to increasejob opportunities, increase the access and improve the quality of healthcare facilities and education, strengthening economy, military andrelationships with other nations. He has proven himself as of possessingleadership qualities and humanitarian feelings during and after Vietnam WarKerry believes that every school shou


He plans to establish a National EducationTrust Fund to ensure that schools always have the resources to providequality education. This program would be called ""New Bargain for America's Children andTeachers" under which 500,00 capable teachers will be hired. There are more plans and funding forimproving technical and secondary education. Of all the 100 students of ninthgrade, only 68 will graduate from high school on time, only 38 will go tocollege immediately and only 26 will enroll in the second year at collegeand out of these only18 will ever make through all the college years. He will also support the No Child left Behind plan introduced by thepresent government but which has fallen $27 billion short of its promisedlevels. John promises to add $ 10 billion every year to this plan so morequality teachers could be hired, more text books could be bought, classsizes should be reduced etc. Therefore, John Kerry will open schools that operate till 6 inthe evening.
