Application Essay
There are many reasons why I am applying to your school, as I believeit to be somewhere that I could enjoy my educational experience in a high-quality environment. The fine quality of instruction that would beavailable to me there and the amount of learning facilities andopportunities are very valuable, and they would help me to further myeducation in a way that some other schools could not. I understand thevalue of a good education, and I am not attending college to party andcause trouble, or to socialize with everyone that I meet. I am one of thestudents that take my education seriously enough to consider only schoolswhere I feel that I can learn and grow as a person and not be bothered bymany of the issues that plague students at other schools. I have strong personal and professional goals, and they can only beachieved by attending college and working toward them. I would like to dothis as early as possible so that I can complete my education and moveforward into my chosen career. I have no desire to be 'stuck' in a job
I enjoy reading and learning about new things, as well as watchingeducational programs and documentaries, and these hobbies will likely helpme when I attend college because I will already be used to reading a lot ofinformation, learning new things, and taking an interest in the worldaround me. I have made good grades throughout high school and plan to continuethat trend in college. ere and that does not require a college education. Normally, Ilead a rather fast-paced life, so the pace of college courses should notcome as too much of a shock. It is also difficult to selloneself as a person and as a student, but I feel that I will do my best toensure that I am accepted to your school and then I will work to show thatadmitting me was a good decision. While I am sure that it will be much moredifferent from high school than I realize, I know that even being awarethat there will be differences will help me to adapt faster. I considered myself to be intelligent, a hardworker, and dedicated to learning as much as I can in college so that I canperform my career duties in the best and most efficient way possible. I understandthat none of these things will come easily, but that they are all possibleif I am willing to work for them; and I am. I hope that I am accepted into your institution, because it is theschool that I really want to attend. I am particularly interested in completing my bachelor's degree sothat I can start on my career path, but I also want to continue and obtaina master's degree once my career has been established. Bothof these things are very important to me and I want to be able to take careof my family as they get older and also enjoy traveling and doing otherthings that require money, responsibility, and perseverance. Within the confines of an essay, it is almost impossible to convey theseriousness that I have for schooling and the deep feelings that I havetoward attending your school in particular. I have a strong desire to learn and Iwant to get started as soon as possible so that I can establish acomfortable career and life for myself. I have a desire to do much morethan that with my life and am prepared to work for that.
