Even if the Blue Martini remained a domestic operation, the international clientele of its current customer base in Florida, may necessitate greater research into shifts in customer product demand and perceptions as to what constitutes a quality evening on the town in the future, and as the appetite for new 'looks' for Martini girls, new international cocktails and foods, and music grows and requires the organization to extend its exploration of trends overseas.
