The organization is vulnerable to series of problems, the intensity and composition of which is strongly based upon the size and production capacity. The leadership rubble has emerged as paramount issue that has been experienced by the multi-national organization, soon after the involvement of the foreigners in the administrative issues of the company. The problem has less to do with the cultural differences, and was much related to the difference of approach and practices in the foreign influenced and local influenced leadership. Resolution Under my restricted limitation, I shall ensure that the organization remain firm believer of the fact that it is the satisfaction of the local consumer which will eventually result in the increase yield for the company, therefore the product and its features should be compatible not only in terms of technological advancement and personal comfort for the consumer. the development and expansion plan, the labor unions were proactive, and have tried to curtail the production activities of the company on several accounts. The company is required to practice different tactics, which shall be reinforced keeping in the view the financial strength of the company, and the number of registered customers. Communication of such values is important for the company, and such values should be in lieu with the cultural adherence. It is expected that the market will appreciate the nature of services, and therefore the company can secure good deals and understanding with the local market. The company has to secure extensive track record in services, has to deliver services 'to virtually all of its infrastructure customers' (Susan, 2004). The management should reduce the price per unit, and introduce affordable and attractive terminals and service enablers will be responsible for the reduction in the capital and the expenses related to the operation. The organization felt that its foreign operations have been victim of the sociolinguistic challenges within international market, the organization was accused for its involvement in such practices which generated 'creativity-driven shock values, controversy and extreme individualism commonly accepted in the North American and Western European markets' (Warren, 2001). financial loss, and loss of market share. It has been argued that, 'culture consists of the links stock of ideas that define a set of commonsense beliefs about what is right, what is natural, what works. sufficient increment in the labor wages has generated unexpected consequences. The company shall commit itself towards business ethics, and take preventive measures related to risk management, the organization shall further 'ensure legal compliance, enhancement of company efficiency, and emerges and sustain as reputed amongst the stakeholders'. It is important for the company to align their departmental values with the corporate values, and such values should incorporate slight magnitude of cultural values, so as to inspire and capture the motivation of the workforce and the general public, and to provoke enthusiasm and affinity towards the company and its operations. Communication is developed once the person abides by constrain developed within the working environment, and this improves the perception of the person towards culture.
