A Comparison of Leadership Styles Among the 2008 US Presidential Candidates
A comparison of leadership styles among the 2008 US presidential candidates and which styles have been most successful in business and politics in the past:The 2008 elections in the United States are considered to be one of the most important elections in the recent history of the US. This assessment has two main considerations. On the one hand it represents an important moment from the point of view of the political spectrum, as the future of the United States and of the world is also decided upon. On the other hand, from the point of view of the candidates at the moment in the Democrat's race there is an increase battle for nomination. From the perspective presented above, the styles of the candidates will most likely appeal to certain segments of the public. From this point of view it is fair to say that her leadership personality is one of transformation. However, from the point of view of the style she promotes, it can be said that she is endowed with certain leadership qualities, as well as the type who improves along the way.
