             In a company the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position is very important. CEO plays the most important role in control the operation of an organization. CEO can be anyone – could be a part of family if it is family business or someone else but it needs to have CEO in a company. Old CEO of Lamprell PLC, for example, has been ousted due to bad performance that the troubled oil-rig maker issued its fourth profits warning in six months and then company brought back Peter Whitbread, its former chief executive, as interim chief executive. The 67 year-old was with Lamprell until 2009. Now, Lamprell had a new CEO - James Moffat. He joined Lamprell in 4th March 2013 as Chief Executive according to the notice on Lamprell's website. He has over 35 years of experience in the offshore engineering, construction and project management sectors. From 1996 and until joining the Lamprell Group, he was employed with KBR group of companies, working in various roles including heading up the KJV on the Gorgon Project. As the General Manager of KJV (Gorgon), This CEO managed a very large integrated project management team comprising contractor and client staff. He worked for the McDermott group from 1977 to 1996 where he latterly managed the Batam facility in Indonesia. Before his time in Indonesia, he was working for the McDermott group in Scotland, concentrating on the structural and engineering requirements for construction and load-out of jackets, decks and modules. At the time before, CEO of Lamprell still Nigel Robert McCue. Nigel McCue was appointed to the Board on 7 July 2006 as Non-Executive Director and was appointed to the Executive position of Chief Operating Officer in May 2008.
