Entrepreneurship is defined as a person who takes all the risk in the business to start. Michael Dell is just that he had an idea for selling and manufacturing. In this paper this will be discussed from the beginning till the end exactly what he went through and what he got out of taking that risk and presenting something new to the world. First of all Michael dell was born in February 25th, 1965 ing Houston Texas. The way his story sounds reads like a business fairytale. He attended the University of Texas, he had nothing but an idea on his mind no way to fulfill it no money to fund it. He wanted to become a Doctor or to own his own little business his preference was an electronic store but like any other college student he had no money. One day he was sitting in his bedroom at his parent's house, with an apple computer he got to thinking about the purchase of computers and that there was always a middleman and the extra cost of accessories. He started to take apart the Apple Computer to get acquainted to the heart of the computers. Then it dawned on him that he can sell computers directly to the customer without the unnecessary middleman so he can keep the production cost low. So he started selling the computer

Dell also introduces the latest relevant technology much more quickly than companies with slow-moving, indirect distribution channels, turning over inventory every three days on average. Michael Dell gave a conference in Texas to some aspiring entrepreneurs giving them some hints and aspects about business. The direct model allows the company to build every system to order and offer customers powerful, richly-configured systems at competitive prices. The 2 major reasons that Michael Dell is still to this date successful is that they are renowned for their ability to drive down the prices and keep it low and affordable, the second one is that dell takes full advantage of the internet they are the biggest supplier over the internet. Dell is the largest computer company in the world. After setting all this up he got an even better idea, customization of the PC to the Customers need. In Conclusion to Michael Dell he is the best example of an Entrepreneur to the world, he had nothing no money just a dream of revolutionizing the way the computers were made and sold. He should be a big idol to every entrepreneur that there is out there if you have a dream and a vision for success that has not been done yet or something you do well and think you do better than anybody else you should go ahead and go for it take the risk and it will eventually pay out for you. He then stated "First of all, don't start a business just because everybody else is doing it or it looks like it's a way to make a lot of money.
