The need child

             According to the United State Census there're about 70.2 Million Juveniles under the age of 18 and it's estimated that by the year 2,015 this number will grow by 8%. With no surprise, this is one of the rapidly growing sections of our society, the section that will become the future leaders and endowers of this country. Although parents tend to proud themselves about the future potential of their children, should their children pride themselves about the job their parents are doing in raising them? With so many changes and dangers out on the streets, kids nowadays, more than ever before, need the guidance of their parents: their family. However, our culture and society has been changed by factors such as the women revolution, technological advances, and the ever growing desire to satisfy ones self, bringing about new definitions of a family. Just a few decades ago the general and standard definition of a family was: of both parents living and working together to raise their children. Today's parenting, however, involves a new set of principles that include single parenting and divorce parenting, and this new standards may be more hurtful to the children's in reference to the standard nuclear family.
             First, the increment in the proportion of children living with just one parent has strongly affected large numbers of kids. These kids may suffer from simple behavior problems to more complex psychological, emotional, physical and moral problems, just to name a few. In addition single family parenting have other disadvantages, for instance 4 out of 10 children living with only on parent live below the poverty level compare to 1 in 10 children living with both parents. Since 84% of these homes are headed by the mother of the children, these children grow up with a lack of a man like figure and a lack of other qualities that only a men figure brings.
