Where should Government invest
Some people said the government shouldn't put money on building theatres and sports stadiums; they should spend more money on medical care and education. Agree or not agree?Theatres and stadiums are good places for people to relax and enjoy themselves. No wonder many people demand that government invest more money in the constructions of these buildings. However, I disagree with them. In a word, based upon the analyses mentioned above, it is easy to see that it is more urgent for China's government to invest more money in education and medical care, because both of them are the very basic needs of most people living in China. Theatres and stadiums are ideal places for them to enjoy themselves. And in big cities and developed areas, there are already many theatres and stadiums. Furthermore, China is the world's most populated country. Obviously, it is the government's responsibilities to help them to get rid of these problems. If the government can invest more money to improve the education in these areas, more companies would like to invest there and people living there will be able to find better jobs. There are so many new babies born every day. Most Chinese are still struggling for food and shelter. And there are so many aged people requiring for medical care. If government invests more money in hospitals and medical care, both children and aged people will benefit a lot from it and they will live a much more comfortable life. In certain areas, millions of people are still suffering from hunger, disease and flood. In the developed areas, many people are eager to improve their quality of living standard. But presently, rich people account for only a small part of Chinese population. In the first place, China is not a rich country yet.
