             A strategy evaluation criteria can be employed by an industrial goods manufacturer by going through the seven criterions as laid out in the test. They are,
             1. Suitability: The strategy employed by an industrial goods manufacturer should offer competitive advantage. Thus, we could review whether the manufacturer has a strategy to ensure that their manufacturing process is more efficient and will lead to sustainable advantage over its competitors in the future.
             2. Validity: This is to ascertain whether the manufacturer's products are consistent with the external market environment. For example, if the manufacturer is producing products that are seen as too backward in technology, there will be no viable markets to sell them.
             3. Feasibility: This criterion is important as it measures whether a strategy is appropriate, considering the availability of the resources of the industrial goods manufacturer. For example, if the manufacturer intends to revamp their manufacturing process by buying a set of very expensive machines, a feasibility study must be done to see whether the company has the resources to afford it.
             4. Internal consistency: A company's strategy must be in tune with the corporation's policies. If the company's policy is to be a company known for being environmentally friendly, they would avoid having manufacturing processes that are known to be unfriendly.
             5. Vulnerability: This is to weigh the degree of risks a firm takes if a certain strategy is employed. If the industrial goods manufacturer intends to build a new factory in a country plagued with political instability, one has to evaluate how vulnerable the situation is to the company.
