People on the earth must never forget the tragedies of war and must never repeat the mistake of going to war. People have to shoulder the burden of the sin, so people have a duty to hand down the tragedies and horror of war on posterity. One significant way to urge them is the memorial. There are many memorial parks all over the world to pray and call for peace, but if the designs of the memorial were lack happiness of expression, people might misunderstand the war itself. The lacks of expressing war itself on the memorial might result in leading to disregard of curse of war.The modern art have advanced as well as the technique have grown. The memorial is not for poor artist's personal exhibition. The designer says each star represents about 100 soldiers; however, it is the true that the arbitrariness of this assignment of multiplication renders it meaningless. I hope the park itself is beautiful as a place of recreation and relaxation. If these sculptures were artistically effective, no descriptive platitude would be needed. " Each object kills their each meanings and appeals one another, so each sculptures are so weak emotionally. Each sculpture appeals the fault of war and wish piece, but there are too many objects for visitors to understand what they really want to say. It might hard to express the urge for piece to everyone, but that is a our human's expiration for sin of war, and then a duty of people who live in this present. It is a important place to save people's society and lives. On the other hand, in the new National World War II Memorial on Washington's National Mall, there is a hodgepodge of stone slabs, arches, stars and wartime homilies. Artist must not put them on the memorial, which is the place to console the spirit of all the war dead and to pray for peace. Their sculptures will become just decorations of the park and will mess the worth of the memorial.
