Many students decide to apply to Emory based on its size, location, reputation, and yes, the weather. Besides these valid reasons to choose Emory as a possible college choice, why is this university a particularly good match for you? Emory is an elite university full of cultural diversity. When I looked up my choice of post secondary schools, Emory University was first on my list. Its rigorous course study and phenomenal teaching staff were only a few factor
o Study abroad Program:The Study Abroad Program provides students an opportunity to study aspects of another country's culture and society in disciplines ranging throughout the world. I picked Emory as a possible choice because of three major things:o Employment rate: A job is what you do to survive. When studying Abroad you can learn new ways of life in different countries. In 2003, Emory had 89% of their School of Business students offered a job by graduation. I believe Emory will be just like living at home. Waking up to a beautiful campus would keep a smile on my face. High School graduates often have to conform to their decided school, rather they like it or not. Emory University would allow me to obtain a well paying job fast; entering the world of an adult with a simple breeze. But for me, conformity won't be a problem at Emory. I would love to travel all over the world to gain an experience of another countries' culture such as the continents of Africa and Europe. In the present days, the "right" school is hard to find. Overall Emory grabbed my attention because it is obviously a good school. Not only does Emory take care of their students, but they take care of their campus as well.
